INDUSTRIAL DESIGN

Who does not want to manufacture and own innovative and different products? Industrial design has a strategic importance in product development and we integrated it in our processes based on our extensive experience accumulated through more than 600 projects and 25 years of design and design management. In order to enable our customers to manufacture innovative, competitive, aesthetic and functional products that meet today’s needs. During this stage, we provide consultancy and project design services for ease of use, competitior analysis, brand positioning, trend analysis, customer analysis and innovation.

MECHANICAL DESIGN

We provide effective mechanical design and analysis services which are integral parts of the product development phase with our specialized engineers and technical experts and our state-of-the-art software infrastructure. We aim to accelarate the product development processes of our clients and to increase the product quality factor.

QUICK PROTOTYPING

We provide functional prototypes to our customers by using our machine pool in order to perform market, customer, manufacturability and functionality tests and to identify possible errors before investing in a product’s moulding and manufacturing expenses.

MOULDING

This phase connects the design and manufacturing phases and is the first step in product realization. Fast production of accurate, long-life moulds requires attention to detail and technical expertise. During this phase, we use our modern  machine pool and technical infrastructure to provide our customers with fast, accurate, reliable and durable plastic injection or sheet metal moulds as well as their templates and fixtures.

MANUFACTURING

Perception of a high level of quality in the eyes of the customer is one of the greatest factors that increases the saleability of a product and gives it a competitive edge. This requires the use of high-technology and right materials. We manufacture products with high level of quality based on our 30 years of material experience, our machine pool featuring German technology and our highly trained staff.
